DEBBIE ROWE To Testify About MJ's Shocking Drug Use

Debbie Rowe will testify in the Michael Jackson wrongful death case that MJ was a SECRET, hardcore drug addict for decades -- testimony that could severely damage the Jackson's case.
Sources connected with the trial tell TMZ ... Rowe will be called by AEG Live Tuesday or Wednesday ... and she'll testify that in the '80s and '90s ... she knew Michael was abusing some prescription meds, but had no idea his habit was so out of control.
We're told Rowe will point the finger at her former boss, MJ's go-to doc, Arnie Klein. Rowe will testify she learned after the fact that Klein had a standing order ... when Michael came to the office he should be injected with Demerol and Vistaril (which makes the Demerol stronger).
Rowe will say Michael kept the extent of his drug abuse a secret from her -- something that will clearly help AEG, because the company is arguing it had no reason to know Michael was a drug abuser.
Rowe will say she saw Michael on TMZ coming out of Klein's office days before he died -- looking totally out of it. We're told she will say she called Klein after Michael died and said, "What the f**k did you give him? He's dead and it's your fault." She then hung up on him.
Rowe's testimony will further help AEG because she'll say she had no idea Michael was secretly going to surgical offices specifically for the purpose of getting high and going to sleep.
She'll also say she's the only person in Michael's world who could control him -- that she's the only one (including Michael's family) who would say "NO."
The testimony could be critical. If the jury believes Michael could hide his hardcore drug use, AEG would have no reason to sound an alarm or take preventative action.

Braless is Best? Study Says Bras Make Breasts Saggier

Should you ditch your bra? Researchers spent 15 years studying the breasts of over 330 women (only in France, folks), and concluded that wearing a bra does not prevent sagging or ease back pain as commonly thought. "Medically, physiologically, anatomically-breasts gain no benefit from being denied gravity, Professor Jean-Denis Rouillon, from the University of Besançon, told France Info Radio. "On the contrary, they get saggier with a bra."
Taking measurements with a caliper, the researchers found that by not wearing a bra, muscles around the breast actually strengthened and the "nipple raised 7mm per year toward the shoulder." However, the scientists did not recommend all women abandon their bras since their muscles had probably already degraded.
While the phenomenon of "bra burning" has been greatly exaggerated, in 1970s it was not only politically correct but also fashionable to go braless in the United States. Since then, women have been trussing themselves into increasingly structured-and expensive-undergarments. According to Business Week, the women's intimates' industry is generates over $11 billion a year.
The results of the study may be intriguing, but its doubtful that droves of American women are going to ditch their bras anytime soon. For one thing, a study by the Center for Talent Innovation found that women with jiggle around the work place deemed less worth to become executives by both men and women.
Furthermore, the study focused on women ages 18-35. According to France's English-language news site The Local, one of the study's participants 28-year-old Capucine reported, "There are multiple benefits: I breathe more easily, I carry myself better, and I have no back pain." We'll see what she says at age 50.

Archangel Queen Edna Agla
2 years ago when I was doing some soul searching about a sacred names of the most high.
Now that I remember the name I am bewildered to realize that their is a match. "AGLA" the name AGLA is another name to call the prime creator by. This I was doing in prayer as mantra and did this repeating of his name for for as long as I could until I could not remember that I still should be repeating this exercise to help me overcome the path of darkness. Only today do I recall even speaking with a great friend a little bit about the subject too. It has been since then that I have forgotten the mantra of repeating the word or name "AGLA" until yesterday when what felt like a spirit came upon me all day even into my dream and woke me up with a female spirit body on top of me presented with kundalini energy.
Now that I met you your name reminds me of such activity in my life...What else can I say you are a miracle in my own life apart from whatever else is going on in my life...

Our
sexual energy is our creative, life-force energy. Through it, we give
birth to new life. That life may be children and it may be new ideas and
projects.

blueprint. We come into this world with gifts and talents. Our purpose
is to channel these through the one-of-a-kind vehicle that we are.
Napoleon Hill, in Think and Grow Rich,
wrote about the key to genius lying in the ability to tune into one’s
sexual energy and transmute the power of it into one’s life.
Since we live in a culture that has a bipolar relationship to sex:
it is everywhere—in advertising, film, pop songs—but we’re also told
that we’re not allowed to have it and enjoy it, most people never make
the connection that their sexual energy is key to their creativity. Or their vitality in general.
I’m
very much aware of my creative and sexual energies being connected.
Recently, I was at a major crossroads and made a decision. I took a leap
of faith and made a choice to more deeply honor my true self.
After
I committed, I could feel my sexual excitement building. I felt like I
wanted to have sex. My libido was off-the-charts. My body was throbbing.
I know that this feeling is a reflection of my desire to get moving, to
take action. It is the mix of my sexual/creative juices flowing and
looking for an outlet.
At this point, I have two choices.
I can have sex.
Or I can create something.
Or both.
Choice #1: Have sex.
You can use your sexual encounter to amplify the power of that energy—so long as you are conscious of what you are doing.
I wrote in The 4-Hour Orgasm about
how you can amplify your sexual energy and expand it in your body. Do
this when you are having sex: even if it’s just with yourself. You’ll
tap into your sexual power and infuse it into everything that you do.
Choice #2: Create something.
Before you do, I suggest using this short visualization to be aware of moving and channeling this potent energy into your work.
1) Drop yourself into a meditative state. If you have a practice already, use that to relax you. If not, check out Dr. Alejandro’s guided meditation. Alternately, chant a sacred word like Aum or Hu to uplift you and bring your focus inward. Do that for a few minutes.
2) Focus on elongating your breath to at least a four-count inhale and a four-count exhale. (I describe this in more detail in The 4-Hour Orgasm. Do a few rounds of this.)
3)
Clench and release your PC (pubococcygeal) muscle a few times. If you
aren’t familiar with the term, this is the muscle you use to stop the
flow of urine.
4) You ought to feel a stirring in your genitals. This is good. Keep clenching and releasing.
5)
Now see in your mind’s eye a project you are working on. Visual your
pelvis and genital area filled with radiant light and energy. Imagine
shooting that substance out into your project, wrapping and infusing it.
Enlivening it.
Find another cause worthy of your procreative attention. Do the same thing.
You can do this anytime, anywhere (just like sex).
Choice #3: Best of both worlds.
Unleash your excitement on your lover. Or yourself. Practice The 4-Hour Orgasm. Then unleash your excitement on your project.
You can use this whenever you need to get your creative flow going. Have a sex date with yourself or another. Then get to work.
I use this technique all the time.
